Enrolling your child at John Paul II
We welcome families to join our School community and apply for enrolment. Kindergarten enrolments for 2019 are due by Friday 4 May 2018. Enrolments for our current kindergarten class and all other grades may be accepted year round pending availability.
Families are invited to contact the School for an enrolment package. Once completed please return your application to the School. Your application will then be processed and a member of our staff will be in touch to discuss it with you.
If you have any queries throughout the enrolment process, please contact the School and a member of staff will be happy to guide you.
Our school fees are set annually. School fees and levies are necessary to supplement State and Commonwealth grants, provide sufficient funds to operate the school, and provide support for the educational environment and structure of the school.
There may be some families who don’t enrol their children in Catholic schools because of concerns about the level of fees and levies charged.
Catholic schools are accessible to all families willing to support the Catholic ethos regardless of their personal, financial and pastoral circumstances. No child will be denied a place in a Catholic school because of financial hardship.
Families who are interested in Catholic education and feel they could benefit from financial support are encouraged to contact the School. All enquiries are managed within privacy guidelines.
At John Paul II we take pride in all that we do, including the way we wear our uniform!
Our expectation is that all students take pride in their appearance and look after their School uniform. A current price list is available from the School including information about lay-bys and payment plan options.
Continuing your child’s Catholic education
The majority of our students continue their education at MacKillop Catholic College in Mornington. John Paul II is a feeder school for the College and families interested in continuing within the Catholic education system of schools and colleges are invited to contact the College directly to discuss their child’s enrolment.
